Common questions

How does MeetingPrep work?

MeetingPrep connects to the tools you already use — your calendar, email, and messaging apps — and automatically prepares a concise briefing before each of your meetings. There’s nothing to manage: once connected, briefings are delivered to you passively ahead of each meeting.

How do I connect my accounts?

After signing in, open your dashboard and follow the connection prompts to link your calendar, email, and other supported services. Each connection uses secure OAuth — you authorize access directly with the provider, and MeetingPrep never sees your password.

How do I disconnect a service or delete my account?

You can disconnect any connected service at any time from your dashboard settings. To delete your account and remove your data entirely, use the account deletion option in settings, or email us at support@meetingprep.ca and we’ll take care of it.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, request only the minimum access needed to build your briefings, and never sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
